                        | | I initially filled out the NPRC from online, requesting DD214 form for my father. In a week or so I received an email asking for more information and another form. After sending that back, I made several more inquiries to NPRC, and was told that the records I was looking for :MAY have been lost in a fire". They would try to locate the records in an alternate place, and anticipated that they would have it in two more months.
At that point, I contacted Touchstone. They sent an agent to the NPRC office, and made the request. In two weeks, I had my form. Thanks for your help with this. I would recommend their services to anyone in need of military records.
